1. How does the membership work?

When you sign up to be a member, you have a monthly & yearly recurring payment option. You will create a Lip and Lash profile, which allows our team to send you monthly selections that fit your style! Every month, you have the option of choosing from your customized selections or the 'Look of the Month.' Your payment method will be charged on the same day every month/year. (Example: If you sign up on April 20, your next charge will be May 20 for the monthly option; If you selct the yearly option, your next charge will be April 20 of the following year.

2. What happens if I dont make a selection by the 5th?

You will automatically be sent the "Looks of the Month!"

3. What are the perks of being a member?

As a member, you will receive access to special pricing, discounts, and events. Every month, you receive a sneak peek to the next 'Looks of the Month!' You also have a member portal where you can manage your subscription, member profile, and more!

4. What happens if I sign up for my membership after the 5th of the month?

You will receive your first delivery the following month. (Example: If you sign up on April 20th, your first delivery will be for the month of May.) Your discounts and perks start immediately.

5.Can I shop without being a member?

Yes, you will be able to to shop our Lipstick and Lashes Boutique. You can also make a one-time payment to try out the subscription service yourself for 3 months, or to purchase as a gift! (Reminder:Unlike the monthly and yearly option, this is not a recurring charge!) Although this is not a membership, you or your recipient will receive a delivery for 3 consecutive months.

6. Is it easy to cancel the membership?

Yes! If you ever need to cancel your membership, you can easily do so from your member portal. If you prefer, you can contact us directly via our chat feature or by the methods below:

7. What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are a customer based business and aim for 100% satisfaction! Yearly members have the option of cancelling and receiving the balance of the remaining months of membership. (This must be done by contacting us via email or the Lash Line!) if any issues arise during your membership, contact us immediately and we will find a solution.

8. How does shipping work?

After the 5th day of the month when all selections have been made, subscription deliveries will be shipped out via USPS the following week! Seperate purchases made through the boutique will be shipped out within 24 hours. Pre-Order offers usually ship the following week of release or by the date stated in specific offer.

Privacy Policy 

When you sign up for Lipstick & Lashes, a Kharisma brand, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name and email address. If you purchase something, we collect payment info, contact info (home address & phone number), and details of what you purchased. If you buy something for someone else, we collect their contact info and what you purchased for them. We will never share your information! We use any information collected to provide service to you, identify you, advertise to you, and process your transactions. If you have any further questions or concerns get in touch!
